It was always a great pleasure to work with you Richard and I always found you to be kind, considerate and helpful! Knowledgeable and also very willing to share that knowledge too!
Liked very much working in our shared role with you as a Passenger Services Manager for Southern Railways in Operations/ Sussex Route Control and our joint desire to provide the best possible passenger experience in as well as alongside you in other positions.
Farewell my friend! You will be missed by so may and you are in my thoughts today!
